Are you sure it is the received date? 

20th is a saturday, and there never were a case there.

 

Please check your case on USCIS web site, that is your noa1 date, not the receipt date  

 

I'm sorry I realized this is June filers topic, this is may list those are 5/... for calculations I put for Squirrel

My fiancé wanted me to call USCIS today, so I gave it a shot this morning.   Called around 8:10am CST.  Spoke to a Tier 1; obviously, she couldn't tell me anything, so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.  Spoke to the supervisor; she couldn't tell me anything, but told me I could make an Infopass appointment or be transferred to Tier 2.  Got transferred to Tier 2, waited 15 minutes or so for a callback.  Tier 2 told me that our case was assigned to an officer on November 15th, but that no decision had been made and no notes were left on our file.  Told me to call back on Monday if we hadn't heard anything by then.

 

So...some news, at least.  Day 173 for us.  Guess I'll stop excitedly checking the mailbox now

I just received an email from USCIS regarding the inquiry I placed on 11/8. Pretty much the email said my case was still within the normal processing time and should be processed within the next 45 days. I already knew this but it was kind of reassuring to know someone actually looked at my information lol. But waiting 45 more days..... I may go insane.

800-375-5283 is the number.  I don't think filing a congressional inquiry makes much sense as we'll probably hear back before the ball would even get rolling...still within posted processing times, too.
