I can't like anything again laughed too much with yesterday's mysteriously past dates noas... but upvote to all guys.. @John & Rose I remember reading those cases and how happy I was... also thinking. How to extend my petition so I won't have to go early (paying debts here 😂😂)

I had to go back to read your old posts, jut to make sure I remember everything right. You got an RFE due to a photo that you already submitted. Please can you tell us what were the grounds for your "expedite"? Honestly, to me this RFE seems like "oh yeah wise a@@, think you are better?" So they politely made you wait as long as you would have without expediting your case.

Ok they are touching it alright. 

After following may so closely I'm 100% sure they're all over the first 10 days..

 

there were here so many people had to feel bad and wait because there was no update end ended up receiving a noa dated 10 days ago!

edit: more like deployment actually. You can't do it just because you're military

See. USCIS is trying to help you pay your debts!!!  Aren’t they nice? 😝 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

That's what I was hoping for too... that we have at least gotten to June 10th...

And last year (August of 2016) I helped a friend with his K-1for his fiance' in the Philippines. We filed in September of 2016, and she arrived in California in March of this year.

Oh yeah.... the good ole days....

So they only worked on about 17 cases today?  That is crazy slow..

 

Do you have a realistic guess to how long us June 25th applicants will need to wait?  This is so frustrating

Ahahahah the only good thing it does to me. But as long as it does you guys good I'm ok to have a noa2 and extend it. Seriously it gives me pain to go to May filers right now. I need to see them whining for NVC instead

Possibly, but still odd. You don't have to jump on a plane when you get K1, so you could always wait. But yeah, who knows.

They will, question is when. If that other person got approved from 26th, some have been mailed obviously. 

 

I have a question and a request. Last week to 10 days there was 60-80 cases touched in first week of May (1st to 5th). How come total "received" numbers are stuck at 108 all of this time? Almost impossible that they haven't tended to a single "received" case and only worked on returning RFE's. Please see that day by day, it is 108 and 108 and 108, over and over.

 

Also can I please bother you for "received" cases for May after tonight's scan. Thanks !
