Hi Junies! We were May 31st filers, and I got the approval notice on the Case Tracker app this morning!!! 173 days since NOA1 Received Date. They're making progress :)  Big hugs to everyone!! 

K1 Visa approved: 3/20/18

AOS Filed: 5/23/18

NOA: 5/31/18

Biometrics: 6/20/18

Request to Expedite EAD: 6/21/18

  • Combo Card received in mail: 7/18/18

AOS "Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview": 8/13/18

Combo Card renewal sent: 5/13/19

haha! we are , aren't we! we should get passes for everything. :P  Unfortunately I wont be there.  good luck in your wait.  I'm going on 6 months and its brutal. praying for news this week :-)  hopefully it will be shorter for you both... ill make sure to post a review of the consulate after Jorge's interview for you to read when that time comes..

From central PA also. I just want to know why my application is in California when I live closer to Vermont and they would’ve had my application done by now!

Hey! my grandma is from Halifax... no, all the K1 Visa petitions go to California.. doesn't matter what state you live... that's just the way it works :-)

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

I agree! The closer it gets the more I am anticipating! I have a nervous habit of scanning and checking VJ. :jest:
