I used to hate Monday’s. I still do because I have a double shift tomorrow but I’m excited for what USCIS will bring!

Excellent. That should carry some weight. I mean really, which would you rather adjudicate, a professionally prepared app or a diy that requires a line by line check?

That was my thinking at the time. I only know of one other person here who mentioned using them and they didn’t have any issues.

You have to be this week. I’m day 166 and I am going this week so they have to get through you first!!!  This is going to happen soon.

Haha, thanks for the vote of confidence!  Still crossing my fingers for having actually been approved last week with no notice online and a letter arriving soon...but a tracker update this week would be nice too :)

I don't think many May cases went over 180, so here's hoping it carries on like that!

Which can be a pain but it can also save weeks of RFEs.

As long as they don’t believe the engagement party in front of a priest was actually a wedding. I have heard that they question those types of pictures because if you are actually married that is visa fraud. I hope the descriptions are good on the pics. If Rapidvisa allowed it you should be good.

I used rapid visa too and I'm glad I did. I signed in the wrong field and my divorce decree was missing 4 pages. Our app was checked by 3 or 4 people before it was sent to USCIS. You also get your money back if your application gets denied. At least that's what their website said.

Btw, my USCIS receive date was June 30th, my NOA1 was July 5th, and still waiting for NOA2 but no RFE's thus far.

exactly same thing.. cause there is a priest involved..

@Ron48 please inform us if anything comes up about this in the future. Not just with the petition but if they say anything in the interview.

This can be a really important information for some people who are dealing with proving they are not married and it was just an engagement party.
