The Faire ends on September 4!...  Maybe we can all meet there next year...if the K1s get processed by then!

That sounds like a great idea!

Now it is just up to the US Government!!!  LOL  You still have a chance to get to the Faire this year.  It ends on Labor Day Monday.  How can you not enjoy a bunch of Americans dressing like they are in medieval England and using their awesome fake English accents!!!  It is the perfect day!  They sell booze!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Another day and another two days back.  Do timelines ever move forward?  LOL   From mid September pushing towards October...looks like their first white Christmas will be next year.  The wait is tough but soon we will all be with our loved ones and the next batch of people will be doing what we are doing now.

Here's to a pick up in the number of files processed soon!!!!

Now we have moved from mid September into October.  I hope the trend stops or better yet reverses.  It has fallen back over 2 weeks so far.

I was hoping for December too.  With approvals in October and 30 days for NVC and another 30 to 60 for interviews, now I'm hoping for late January early February.

They say to give it a month but looking here most NOA1s are within a week.  I would call.

Why I received the NOA1 over than 3 weeks ? Is that means our progress will get slowly too ? Gonna get the NOA2 slower and later than others ?

I don't know what happened but the delayed NOA1 will not necessarily mean the NOA2 will be delayed. Everything seems to be slow lately. My timeline has fallen back by over 2 weeks in the last week. I'm hoping things pick up.

How do you know your timeline has moved back? Is this on the case checking site or something else?

If the best things in life are free, why is a long distance relationship so expensive!?
