Honestly I cannot understand the chronology that they use to pick a case LOL

And how they process the cases and doesn't appear at official app?

There is no official app but the websites case tracker page.

and yep their system sucks. There are lots of approvals that are not updated in the site(system) but people are getting hard copies everywhere..

there are also also cases that got a number for example after may 30 but the received date is 16th of May. So even those numbers are not always in chronological order.

another reason is, some cases are easier to process than others. So while the other still continues a background check they will go on and finish the ones that has already done that. Otherwise everybody would be waiting for every. Case before them to be done.. and they would be doing December 2016 still. (Yep there are cases from back then still not competed the process)

They made lots of mistakes around those days.. is this the one where they thought it was a married case and was asking for I-130?

They just said that USCIS mistakenly transferred their file then they mistakenly got an RFE!  They are just a little concerned about NVC.  Who can blame them?

After interview. Doesn't happen like that to everyone or anything. But that's basically an on hold situation and I don't like not knowing my right.. in AP I would have no rights...
