Well it seems like they at least have started on May 30th.. slowly getting there ... so.slow.

They've been on May 30th for awhile. It's like they came to June and said "nope, we don't like that month. On to July!"

Didn’t see the RFE and assumed it was an approval.

Oh that was not against any specific thing actually. That is to give info because unless someone is actively following these cases make people angsty. So I write it whenever things happen like this. Did I quote you accidentally? Sorry.

Edit: Btw I just saw your replies I was already writing to the first commenter.

No you didn’t. But I did assume it was an approval. Since I’m a July filer, I got excited LOL. Oh well.

Hi Everybody- Lindsay here! I joined back in July a few weeks after we filed, but have been trying the whole 'watched pot never boils' tactic - except when the September thing happened then I knew you all would know what was going on. I, too, was hoping my partner would be here for Christmas - we'd even told some people we thought December 18th as a wedding day, but in October we decided I should probably visit him for Christmas in the UK, so at least we're doing that. What I always tell myself is each moment we're closer than we've ever been before and it's always moving forward - even if it doesn't feel like it. Stay strong, Junebugs!

Very very nice of you to join your Prince for the interview. Lovely! Also, you can experience first hand UK's New Year's celebration, rest a day or two, than help him pack, and bring his cute little butt home. Wonderful!

(you can read it 67 times, it means exactly that. Thank you for joining our happy little bunch!)

I would get excited too. (I got so disappointed with the September 1st accident even though I knew it was a glitch!)

Actually thats why I'm always trying to write something like that one. People who aren't following get hopes up and then they feel worse than before. So it's like a reality check for all of us.

Hi USCIS officers! Please DM me for muffins and kindly tell me for how many people!

I'll get it delivered daily if you promised to work on 250 cases each day ❤️

200 May cases today... huh maybe they do want the muffins 🤔

I'm sure they're well aware of this forum, it's impossible that they don't know.

Um...  They have to be told repeatedly by K1 filers that Craigslist and Match.com are not an International marriage brokers 😁

Just a little update for you guys, until this week they touched 5.8% of the "mountain" Monday, it was at 395. Today they dug into it hard, 35 cases half way through the day. New total 360 as of this moment. Total shaved off the top is over 16%. Also, should you ask, those 35 cases done were 5.2% of that entire week. So now, the week has only 638 cases "received". Should today's tempo continue (200+), they will be in week of June 5th - 9th" by Thursday. Only thing that holds me back from getting your hopes super high, is not knowing the actual number of RFE's that got approved today in the first half of May. We have to wait for the final scan tonight, but if all of the early May work was from cases "received", than they have wiped out the first half of the month.

Get ready dear friends, here we gooooo ......

Probably vocaledge will do a scan for the day.

(for future possibilities: If by chance in any given day he's not available in the future I will do a late night scan)

One more thing :D. I can't stop now, as @Naes muffins/cupcakes seem to have done the job, 200+ touches with third of a day to go. Here is what I spoke about before, the pattern:

Judging by the previous work, they bring all days to these number "zones", down to 100-150, than they work further to 50-100, and than all days below 50. This is important when looking for the forward steps they take, meaning when they move on to the next week. So the 50 and below you can see in weeks 1 and 2, as all days are in that range. Next was the week of 15th to 19th, the first week with days in triple digits, 3 such days. Very important, as of the afternoon scan, it clearly showed this "pattern of priority", so we only have one day in triple digits:

Mon 15th  - was 123 - 25 done - now 98

Tue  16th  - was   62  - 2 done  -  now 60

Wed 17th  - was 123 - 21 done - now 102

Thu  18th  - was 107 - 10 done - now  97

 Fri   19th  - was  62  -  7 done  -  now  55

Again these numbers may be slightly off due to RFE factor, but even so, you may expect 6 (4+2) cases done a day for 16th and 19th to bring them under 50 by the weekend. Other 3 days should get on average 10-12 touches per day, which brings them all below 75. Next week this entire 3rd week in May is gone. More can get done, less definitely not.

And if you add up these "guestimates" that I foresee, 36 touches a day go to 3rd week of May. I will take realistic 176 daily touches average (easy to round off), so we have 140 left per day. 4th week in May should have 665, and Hump week has 638 as of this moment, with 140 daily touches to share between them. 4th week needs another 185 touches to bring all days down to double digits, over three days left in this week, all they need is 62 a day to achieve that, so begs the question, should they do that, do they send a crew over to 1st June week to shave those 973 cases down to a reasonable number?
