I just got off the phone to my SO and told him everything from this thread and the website.

He said he'll call them once he is done eating and see what is going on.

I'll post here with what he says. :)

Well if we continue calling like this I'm pretty sure they would at least correct if that was a mistake!

Click near the bottom, next to Califronia Service Centre and look at the date next to K1

It shows (mistaken or not) that they are working FROM Sept 1st onwards... meaning May, June, July, August... all are 'out of advertised processing times' and are eligible to request their case to be moved to the top of the list and expedited.

Understood. Thank you for the quick response as well. Night @Naes 🙂❤️

@The Squirrel will be back thinking... what is this jungle... what did you guys do during the night... 😂😂😂😂😂

Woke up and it took me an hour to read all new comments on this and May topic

This September thing is a mistake, the relation between USCIS in California and a call center somewhere in US is best described in an old saying "azz don't know what the head is doing, and head don't know what the azz is doing". It will get corrected sooner or later. We luckily know exactly what is going on thanks to our scans.

To add to this, I would love "Oprah" to happen, but imagine just one bad seed out of thousands of cases to do something stupid (terrorist related), USCIS would be in a world of trouble. And than all future applications would be under immense scrutiny, if allowed at all. Possible outcome would be completely scraping "fiance" visa, and only going forward with "marriage". Even now, this fiance avenue we are taking is a great exception service from a great nation to her great people. I don't do this often, but "may God bless America" :)

Hmm... Vermont is showing June 1st. 🤔

With the volume of calls they are receiving, they cannot palm all of us off and mistakes will have to be rectified. It's been on the site for 3 days now and there must be thousands of anxious folk out there wondering what the heck is going on.

Fingers crossed everyone. Let's be positive here and not lose our sh!t yet...

I have put a bottle of wine in the fridge ready.

Whatever is going on is oddly quiet, no one truly knows so we can just all speculate. But I'm hoping this to not be a simple mistake, lots of people already called and so far the date remains on September 1st.  This has been going on for what 2 days? The best we can all do is call and use this mistake or not to get an inquiry or if possible an expedited case.Who knows right?  But as always since the beginning, we wait, and also lurk around haha

I already submitted request to see what’s going on. I also tried to submit to have my case expidited, but non of the reasons they gave me for really fit our situation. I guess I could say financial, because my fiancé finishes her on the job training for school in 5 weeks. And there is no way anyone is going to get a job when leaving in a couple months. We estimated at the begining she would get done just in time to go do medical and then interview. At least I do have an inquiry submitted. Suggestions?

I just called, the USCIS representative stated, that they are working on the first week of September and June July and August had very little cases so they are done and completed I asked him is there a possibility my case was transferred he says no I see that it is in California waiting to be processed and I asked is there any way they started working on September and are going to get back to the month they missed he said no because they usually try to work them in the order received he told me he couldn't put in a request for me  because he see that i put one in online, and he says he cant expidite it because it dosent fall under the guide lines.  he said the request I put in is the same as if he would have put it in and I should hear something by December 8th but on the website it says I should hear something by November 30th....He was super super nice and told me to call back when ever i had questions..... just a thought that popped in my head I wonder if June July and August should call NVC to see if it's possible our case was transferred LOL... at this point I don't know what to think

I'm praying for us all

Woman was very nice but sounded deflated knowing that we had scoured forums.

They have acknowledged that they are getting a lot of calls from people on forums speculating what is going on.

They are overwhelmed right now and those processing times are right but there is a huge backlog. She didn't say anything about outsourcing and it is wrong to speculate that, but they are working on everything.

There are a lot of other things and processes happening alongside the processing our i129fs.

It's not a glitch, but they are severely swamped. If everyone is filing for expedition, we're all still going to wait forever and it will cause more work and delays their end.

June July and August had very little cases so they are done and completed ? You mean like already reviewed and approved?
