I created a ticket on their website https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

Instead of calling back... maybe this a better for those who do not want to call. Maybe it doesn’t help but it doesn’t harm to do it either.

I have called several times to the USCIS, and I still get the automated system telling me to call back between normal business hours. WTH?!?! How is everyone getting ahold of someone but me?

Can someone please advise?

Absolutely! Although I don’t think this will stop me from calling and request to have the case expedited since it is outside of “normal processing time”. One can only hope 🙏🏻😇😜

On a site note: I do wonder what May filers are doing 🤔🤔🤔

I just submitted an inquiry into the processing time for our Visa. The representative was very polite and helpful. I asked her if she had heard of any changes going on at the California service center. She said that they have to go by the published date on the website. She said it could be a mistake that will be corrected later but right now it allows us to submit inquiries for processing time.
