The USCIS is open in 9 minutes. I will be calling in exactly 9 minutes. I'll update you all on what I hear ;)

The call center then, right? East Coast? Central time? I get confused with these time zone namings all the time, haha. Cause California doesn't start work for another couple hours.

Can't wait to hear what they tell you though!

So, according to their website they are open from 8am - 8pm M-F in every time zone. However, i just called and its their automated system telling me to call back during that time. WTH!?! I'll tell them that their website provided false information (thus lying to its customers), and to avoid a lawsuit they need to approve all June cases ASAP.

What does everyone think?? ;)

Yes, but the NSCS is the main customer service center. Should be separate from all other Service Centers. At least that's what I thought...

Anyone else who has called, can you provide the phone number you called along with what option to selected to get to a representative? Maybe I'm clicking something wrong...

Hello everyone,

I’m new to the site and have been reading all the information provided as I was not sure if I belong with the June filers or the July ones. Our NOA 1 dates June 27! I have also gotten the tracking app and have been checking their website for updates. I noticed they are now processing Sept files and I was getting ready to call I see that their website is down. I suppose we will know shortly what that was all about. Can’t lie, for a second there I felt so hopeful thinking a miracle had occur and the three months missing were already handled by them. My fiancée Atti (Hungary) talks about a miracle happening here... our wedding date was scheduled for Dec 31st (we were so naive). Presently going through the process of loosing my beloved grandma and nothing would make me more happy than the miracle Atti talks so much about. Let’s keep hopeful 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Good things come to those who patiently wait I hear 😂 😂😭😭

My SO just called....

She said that 100% we ARE outside of processing time as they are working on September 1st (our NOA1 is June 12th).... She said she couldn't give a reason why the site jumped from April to September, but that she would open an expedite request for our approval, and it would take 3-5 days, but to feel free to call back on Tuesday/Wednesday.... SO reports she was extremely nice and genuinely seemed interested in helping.

I feel like something really weird is going on, like an alternate universe....
