I can't likeee but yes yes yes! I loved the parts of Arizona I saw so far!! We accidentally ended up on route66!

(My whole relationship is based on accidents apparently... )

Can't wait for a full route 66 tour!

Route 66 goes right through my backyard!  If you end up this far east let me know.  I still eat at some of the old original diners along the road.

this is the link for a full list of k1s in June. Use a PC browser though phones don't show everything.

if you can't find a number you're searching for let me know though that's also a small possibility. Right now we arranged for some members in June to do a full scan.

however june did not really started yet. We are expecting for it to start soon.

I am sure there are k1 cases in June 7 but you probably need to scan a bigger area of 3000 cases on that app.

So I'm new here and I'm a little bit confused as to where I belong!! My case is on your list, as it was received June 30th. My NOA1 has a "received date" of June 30, 2017 but a "Notice Date" of July 5, 2017. I know I'm basically in between the June & July filers, but when you guys count days and analyze the data, are you mostly going by the "Received Date" or "Notice Date"???

  • 6/29/17 Sent I-129F Package via Fed-Ex - Overnight
  • 6/30/17 Delivered (official "Received Date" on NOA1)
  • 7/5/17 Electronic notice of Receipt (Case sent to California Service Center)
  • 7/6/17 Check Processed
  • 7/10/17 Hard Copy of NOA1 (I-797C) received by mail
  • 11/8/17 Filed an Inquiry due to "Outside of Normal Processing Times"

(subsequent to sudden jump on official USCIS Processing Times to September 1st cases)

  • 2/6/18 Approved! NOA2 Date
  • 2/12/18 Received approved NOA2 Hard Copy - NO ONLINE UPDATES
  • 2/21/18 NVC Received AND NVC Number Assigned
  • 2/26/18 Left NVC
  • 2/27/18 Received by Embassy
  • 2/27/18 READY
  • 3/14/18 Interview, Result: APPROVED!!!
  • 5/31/18 POE

USCIS said as of Sept. 30, 2017, they are processing I-129F cases dated Sept. 1, 2017. I nearly fell off my chair ... but I think this is a typo. :)

Damn straight brother.  The end is what matters.  I am intently watching all the updates like everyone else here.  It is exciting because we are right on the brink!!!  We will all be with our loved ones as soon as humanly possible.  I have never had any ill will against anyone here.  I wish you the very best and soon I hope you will be smiling and laughing in your partners arms.  I also thank you for all you do here.

@Naes I really hope this is the case and there are less filers and it goes quicker as im going out of my mind here. Im on day 131 and feels like a lifetime. Havent seen him properly since August. Going out for Thanksgiving and then for Xmas but i really want my NOA2.

What is the rough estimate for the process between NOA2 and approvals anyone know? Also im not very good with this stuff and everytime i look into something i get distracted with work. Can anyone help me with why people are asked for further evidence? What evidence is needed. If you get requested this does it delay your application?

Also when would you need to do the police check?

Anyone know the final cost. We obviously paid the filing fee $535 or around there.

Thanks and sorry!!!!

The police check is £45 and although it does say 12 months, I read on here somewhere that someone (also from the UK) had to get another one done as it was done too early despite being in the 12 months. I will be waiting until I get an approval or rfe personally, unless I see on here it is taking longer than the 2 weeks. I have a clean record although my fiancé (USC) doesn’t unfortunately.

edit. I have the below screenshot a couple months ago as I knew that I’d want to refer to this information later on.

Hello everyone,

So I just called USCIS in regards to my petition that was approved and received on June 5, 2017. They told me that I am out of normal processing time, since they've just updated their processing times to September 1, 2017. All she could do for me is to send a request to the servicing center in California to let them know about my inquiry, and that it might take anywhere from 15 to 30 days for them to reply. I'm really frustrated and do not understand what happened to June petitions, if they've already skipped all the way to September.
