Weird.

The USCIS processing times page just got updated and it is showing that they are processing September 1st??!!

Must be a mistake, lol

Yep, I think we need to place ‘fun’ bets on how long it takes them to spot the anomaly.

This is interesting because I'm pretty certain that I got denied not based on my submitted evidence...my notice of denial

was before sent before the system confirmed my supporting evidence had been received, which also happened after I sent an email asking if my expedite request was denied based on submitted evidence..

I submitted an expedite, and was also denied. I resubmitted, and was denied again. This was going through my congressman.

I figured that. Still gives hope😜. But I also did a scan and it went from June 6 to June 8. That was a Tuesday and Thursday. Did I do something wrong? Or did there just happen to not have any I129f petitions filed on wed June 7th.? Maybe one of our friends who are awesome with the numbers can tell me if i missed something on my scan.

Sorry if I’m a pain haha. But all the good news today has definitely lifted our spirits.

this is the link for a full list of k1s in June. Use a PC browser though phones don't show everything.

if you can't find a number you're searching for let me know though that's also a small possibility. Right now we arranged for some members in June to do a full scan.

however june did not really started yet. We are expecting for it to start soon.

I am sure there are k1 cases in June 7 but you probably need to scan a bigger area of 3000 cases on that app.

This Monday or Tuesday? I don’t hold out hope on that. I hoped they’d start on June 1st this coming Monday but now that’s unlikely.

I’m still Pre-Victorian times and working with my abacus (not algorithms !) and I’m still looking at a circa Thanksgiving date for NOA2.

Regardless of the 160/170/180 day debate, I think we all need to give huge congratulations to @Anita27 for their approval this week. Their mammoth NOA2 journey certainly puts all of our feet firmly on the ground and I wish them all the best

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your suppor and kind words! This was and still is a long journey. I wish everyone best of luck!
