Fair enough. I apologize if I added to our already stressful situation.

Honestly we should to be optimistic but we should to open our eyes too, we have to believe but stay ready to more delays days!

Sometimes John, act like a hard  teacher  because he show the long way or the worst way, but he just  want to help us that everything can happen = Don’t get guys hopes up, because in the end everything will work for everyone! It is my point of view

Guys let's appreciate any type of information, we are closer, is time to celebrate!

Sorry my English mistakes

People take everything SO personal. Just ignore bad comments and keep the good ones. These two guys can say what they want, because they are two different people. If one says black and the other says white, Ok.

both of them are waiting.

this is something I hate about technology sometimes. Everybody thinks their point is the correct one.

 Like mine just now haha

I do agree and I believe @The Squirrel will also agree.  This is a time to celebrate and be preparing for our loved ones.  Nothing can ever take that away.  We are all so close.  Stay positive and realize 10 days means nothing when we are talking about the rest of our lives!!!!

Guys, I’ve been looking at your posts as mere banter between yourselves and you’ve been keeping us entertained while we’re all in the same ‘slow boat to the USA’. Frustrations get to us all and it boiled up a little to overflow. Hey ho, I know you appreciate and respect each other’s opinions and energies.

My stake is still in the ground at 166 days but John, you made an interesting point today that today’s approvals are in the 180s (yuk) and there is the reality.

This journey is brutal. We’re certainly feeling it. But because we’re all in the most extraordinary situation we come here to VJ to find support and understanding.

Whilst the glass is half full or half empty (whichever you choose).. remember we can still put that shot of vodka or gin in it! See you at the NOA2 bar, guys and gals!

At 166, I honestly believe that you will hear something on Monday or Tuesday.  Even if you don't, you will hear it sooner or later.

I wish us all the best and a quick and easy POE.  Let's get on with our lives and loves!

This Monday or Tuesday? I don’t hold out hope on that. I hoped they’d start on June 1st this coming Monday but now that’s unlikely.

I’m still Pre-Victorian times and working with my abacus (not algorithms !) and I’m still looking at a circa Thanksgiving date for NOA2.

Regardless of the 160/170/180 day debate, I think we all need to give huge congratulations to @Anita27 for their approval this week. Their mammoth NOA2 journey certainly puts all of our feet firmly on the ground and I wish them all the best

The Wednesday before thanksgiving is day 166 for you. I hope you make it. I hear USCIS works on the Friday after Thanksgiving so that was a nice surprise for me. I am hoping 166 for you..or sooner!

These adjudicators need a little praise too. We’re seeing approvals. Yes there’s a delay for us all but they’re working their butts off and being moved from hunny bunny cases to the prioritised ones... amongst a lot of bureaucracy that they have endure. Some probably glance at these public forums and feel for us. We have to remember that.

I read that even a Service Center Director can’t influence a small amendment in I-129f instructions in order to avoid filer inaccuracies. Despite the country security which we all appreciate,  it’s bureaucratic BS that influences the volume of RFEs we’re seeing atm.

Abacus for me.. through and through. I can explain...!

I use my fingers... when they are not enough I have toes then I move to my cats fingers... that's when I learnt they have only 18 in total... that was a shock...

this k1 is a happy occasion.. I don't like when people are like I waited longer, I suffered more... I'm like don't worry I'll suffer... but unless somebody in California is going to send them mini muffins for motivation I don't think anything will help.

fiance just told me something, why all the beneficiaries are righting a letter to their congressman not about their own cases but about these timelines and to ask for them to ask to higher authorities for more employment in the area. Which made sense to me, but again government doesn't usually work perfectly...

so so we wait, we guess, and I don't want anyone to be down and hurt and stressed because of negativity. But some people feel better when they think the wait is longer and it ends up sooner than that. And some people like to think it's gonna start any minute now and if doesn't happen, oh well let's hope for the next week.

May and June is frustrated, I think they are angry at the situation not at people here who are in a similar boat... but then who am I to talk I'm still at Day 50 and I don't want anyone to attack me.

yet nobody realizes shoegum is noa1 30 may...day with the most casss in that whoooole month. And for a harder country such as Pakistan. And Yet he is the one who relaxes the most of us here.

This K1 is not a happy occasion. We were happy when he took my father for a lunch to ask him for my hand in marriage and when he consequently proposed to me. Literally cloud 9. We thought that we could be spending my first US Halloween together. We were content with a c 90 day NOA2 approval (beginning of September). With the greatest of respect to you (and you know I love you, yet I don’t know you) you entered this journey with more realistic, albeit volatile current timelines. I could ask my F to take mini muffins or grande muffind to them, but I hesitate that it’s going to speed us up :)

Angry isn’t the word to describe us, not us anyway. Frustrated and feeling like we’re doing a innocent prison sentence without an end date is more poignant unfortunately. Arrrrggghh!

@Naes I just want to reiterate the appreciation we all have for what you’re doing for us Junies, outside your day job. You’re a superstar.

I’m off to count my dog’s claws now. X

Will that get us anywhere? The Trump administration imposed a federal hiring freeze.
