Right now we are between 160 days and 170 days, depending on who's math you prefer to follow.  That puts June 1 filers at between November 8 and November 18 for review.  We are all hoping the sooner.  Keep in mind that USCIS id off on November 10 and November 23 & 24.  A 4 day week followed by a 3 day week.  What I am seeing here in my government job is that people are taking the three days off of Thanksgiving week so they can get an 11 day weekend that only costs them three days of vacation!

@John & Rose, I am new to this forum and received NOA1 on June 26th. Do you have an approximation of when we should be receiving NOA2? This wait is excruciating!!

Thanks for providing support 😊

NOA2 - January 17, 2018

🤔 think it would be safe to book a late February wedding haha... The worst thing is not being able to book my ticket and pay everything for the wedding... But we’re almost there guys/girls...

Yes I’m hoping for late Feb wedding also and we have the same NOA1...fingers crossed 🤞🏻

If you fill out a timeline, that will give you an idea  although some have waited beyond that...most are thinking 160-170 days at this point. Good luck! 😊

@useful89 good one! You would expect some action, some wedding plans, some this, some that, meanwhile - nothing. I know everybody is excited at this point, but we killed it perhaps with this "depressed mode". So, in other to break that, here we go....

yesterday: USCIS approved total 69 - 7 approved on the forum

Forum had more than 10% of the total approved

Total approved yesterday is only 2.4% of the pending grand total

Today: USCIS approved total 67 - 8 approved on the forum

Forum had 12% of the total approved

Total approved yesterday is only 2.4% of the pending grand total

Should USCIS numbers run parallel to forum's (as it is a pure percentage "sample") USCIS had:

276 approved petitions yesterday

335 petitions approved today

If you read this, and say you don't feel good ....... you should be telling that to your doctor :lol::lol::lol:

So does that mean 145 days now?😂

Thank you @John & Rose! I just filled out my timeline, and my estimate for NOA2 should be between Dec 8th and 11th. Crossing my fingers for everyone on this forum!

Also, I did some research on others' timelines. My fiance is from Vietnam, and it looks like similar cases to mine are seeing about 155-160 days for NOA2 approval from NOA1. These timelines I am referring to were submitted in May.

NOA1 - June 26, 2017

NOA2 - January 17, 2018

155 to 160 (or 170) is about right.  At this point it doesn't matter where the beneficiary is from unless they are from one of the extreme vetting countries.  USCIS simply reviews all visa petitions and if approved they move onto the National Visa Center.  From there they go to the individual embassies/consulates.  You may see something as soon as December 3 but we will see how the holidays hit us.

Goooood Moooorning Everyone!

Your Weekly News is here!

I am so sorry for being late with this weekends results,

however GOOD NEWS; especially for June and July filers;

the numbers are back to normal  for the expected 700+ per weeks.

These numbers doesn't even include October rejections!

I am still hoping for June to slowly start next week and go to their peak the following!

And obviously as a September I am religiously believing in 150 days!

Thanks!
