@John & Rose everybody here loves you, so do I. Everybody here can see that you avoiding answering direct questions, so do I. So here is only one question this time, just give us your best shot:

 

What date in your opinion USCIS touches first June 1st case?

November 13 for June in earnest. It is possible for a few to be a day or two sooner. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Wise choice, there are 11 untouched days left in May, and November 13th is the 11th business day from today. (didn't really need an algorithm  :D). Ok, you picked your date, but you again managed to set up a back door exit. Please clarify:

Depending on the motivation of the adjudicators before Veteran’s day, it is possible that June 1 May be touched on November 9. The 10th is a holiday so I am OK with my November 13.  That will be day 165 for the June 1 filers.

at this point all I'm trying is for the ones who may end up with 200 days(includes my self)  as I wouldn't wish that to anyone. And apparently after 150 days I'd be like you too.. just give it to us USCIS we accepted this fate..

Ok @John & Rose you have 9th or 13th.

 

Date first June cases get touched ..... I TAKE ...... (drumroll :o:o:o)

 

This coming Friday November 3rd at 1% and 99% on Monday 6th (Tuesday November 7th 101%) .

Here is the key, green is automatic next day (was always Friday), and red is a slight brick wall (was always a Monday or day after holiday):
