Murphy is an early May 5th filer.  June isn’t going to start until after Veterans Day. Yes. A 4 day week followed by a three day week. I am still at between 170 and 180. If the are processing early May right now that still means at least 3500 petitions to go through with short weeks ahead. I am still very confident with a timeline between DandY and myself. 170 to 180.

Should we try a different language with you ? :lol::lol:

I am talking about apples, and you are steady bringing in your oranges. No John, the point is not Murph being an early filer, the point is that his case was approved 17 days ago of unbeknownst to him, got through stages of NVC already, and he just found out.

Again apples, they are working on the 15th that is updated, so here is what is in front of them until June:

5/15/2017 283
5/16/2017 208
5/17/2017 154
5/18/2017 138
5/19/2017 71
5/22/2017 334
5/23/2017 182
5/24/2017 83
5/25/2017 129
5/26/2017 169
5/30/2017 423
5/31/2017 80

2254 total counting May 15th

1971 total NOT counting 15th

than consider them being 15% to 25% behind in updating

1690 total counting May 15th

1478 total NOT counting 15th

I have an unrelated challenge and can use some suggestions. A friend sent their package to Lewisville, Texas almost 2 weeks ago. They haven’t gotten a NOA1 and the sent a Western Union money order so they can’t track it yet. Is there any way to track the package at all?

Don't change the subject . We'll help your friend later, Federal employees are off until Monday, so your friend can't do anything until then.

I feel like October is getting their NOAs really late this year from reading their page.

We sent with money order too so couldn't find any way to track when it happened. But they didn't send me the text and mail till 5 days after my notice date. So maybe he can wait for 1 more Monday at least and start calling to check.

I hope he has all the copies with him just in case

Also extract the ones that they will just held and keep for denial... unfortunately. Approximately 700-800 per month. So far May has 350ish.

Was the package sent via USPS? Here’s a link to track it. (He has to have the tracking numbers)

https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=9505511456487150056238#

If it was sent by another carrier by Fedex or DHL

Fedex

https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&cntry_code=ca_english

DHL

http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml

For Western Union, he has to have the 10 digit receipt or tracking number

Absolutely, rejections are not counted in. So 350 more should come, sorry for those guys :(. And compare first half of May that is updated:

5/1/2017 38
5/2/2017 46
5/3/2017 10
5/4/2017 15
5/5/2017 32
5/8/2017 103
5/9/2017 106
5/10/2017 75
5/11/2017 141
5/12/2017 94

660 total received left in first half of May

495 total left received if we take off 25% back lag on website

How is it not clear that we are almost there?

@MarksMate The USCIS process cases according to the received date. It means your case is 143 days active since they received it. Check your case received status in the app. You'll see it there. Good luck buddy. Hoping and praying for our NOA2s. I'm an August filer btw - 64 days active.
