No problem, I'm the beneficiary too. I realized and tried to delete that part later 😊

Hmm interesting, maybe you didn't have enough ties to your country to show?

you're here. As in you entered USA or they stopped you on that 3rd visit?

I travelled in May for 10 days, September for a week, and planning for Christmas now hope it won't be a problem.

Well hopefully you'll just need to hang on only a few more months. But as I said, the processing times are really bad right now...

If the trips are too close together that also raises the red flags.

First you need to recalculate, it's not even close to 6 months. You are 2 weeks away from being at 5 months, and than you need another entire month to be at 6  months. I hope you don't try celebrating New Year on November 15th

Also, it would be nice to share what country you came from, and what which airport this took place, or was it the land crossing.

Wait a second!!!  You are the happy upbeat one!!!  Are we all changing roles?  Good morning everyone!

That is INCREDIBLE !!!

And the same thing happened to me. I begged them to let me go, even just to fly back to Germany. I didn’t want to get in trouble, I never ever got in trouble in my life !

Glady they granted me entry. But I was held in there for almost 2 hours. I had to swear an oath and was questioned like a terrorist. The biggest invasion of privacy was them going through my personal text messages. I asked them to give me my phone back and id just leave the country. After 2 hrs of begging, I was let go. But not without the ban!! That’s why I’m so nervous about this process. I can’t see him again until the visa is issued. I’m pretty much 6 months in already. This is horrible.

My friend’s daughter was held for 2 days while they booked a flight back to Romania. No cell phone and 8 people in a room with an open toilet. She refused to eat or drink so she wouldn’t need to go. Her mother couldn’t contact her and all they were told is she was going back to Romania. The lawyer later got the drug mule information. She wasn’t doing that but 3 trips in a year raised the red flag.

She did admit s it that the other 7 women were very suspicious. At least one of them was running drugs hidden in her body. They did not do the search but she admitted it during a talk.

Wait for what? This person to get their math straight ? You don't find it laughable what he/she wrote? Was my post acknowledged at least?

German citizens have the best passport on this earth, better than us. They are allowed to go to more countries than the US citizens, and on black market their passport is worth 5 times what ours is. They are even better than Swiss. How is that @John & Rose ? Ask this "Frau" what she had entering the US?

Also @John & Rose body scanner at the airports (5 years old at least) shows all arteries, veins and capillaries in your body, and that "smuggler" admitted something? How long ago was that? Let me guess, 6 or 7 years ago, right before the full body scans .

Not for nothing, but our topic here is a circus comparing to May, April and March. A "fantasy sports" league comparing to real thing

It takes USCIS 5 to 6 months just to touch the file. The review is only 5 to 10 minutes.

The same thing happened to my friend’s daughter. Technically it isn’t an arrest but it might as well be. Locked in a room with no cell phone. My friend’s daughter was stopped because she was making her third trip from Romania in a year. DHS believes 3 trips a year may mean you are a drug mule. Sad but true. She got a 5 year ban.

This makes me nervous as I’m going to see my fiancé for the third time this year (4th time this year to the us).

5 days in nyc for my bday in March

10 days in Chicago to see my finance (this was when he proposed)

7 nights end August / start October

4 nights next week

we both earn an ok salary so can afford the trips.

Im so nervous now 😔 @Lana96

I know the scanners are that good but that is the story that her daughter mentioned.  They simply put them in a room until they get a flight back.  They are escorted right to their seat on the return plane.  She was from Ghana and maybe their scanners are not quite as good as the US.

Yes, my friend.  It was my job to tell them about the math error.  It was your job to tell them that I am wrong and it will be quicker!!! LOL ;)

Thank you very much @Britanee7 for helping our German friend here, ESTA was the document I was asking about. Germans can enter US whenever they want, and as many times as they want. I do a lot of business wit them, they come here every other week, once a month, and when the Boss doesn't feel like coming, he sends his workers to take photos for their website, and also do the packing of fragile items, and at times (2 times this year) he sends them to pick up expensive jewelry to bring it back in person rather than have it shipped. Never ever was there a problem.

Dont worry.  I'm about to make my 5th trip to the Philippines this year.  They did ask me if I was married to a filipina during the last interview.  I don't think they will be as critical with "friendly" countries and rich now the UK is our friend.  All detainees with my friend's daughter were from Columbia, Mexico, Africa and Romania.
