I just seriously realized I don't care who does what but can somebody do a good math to show it is actually possible to make it 160 days?

 Now I'm pretty sure in September cases mostly that will be true.

 But I just can't figure out how to give the same conclusion to June...

 I need at least 700+700+1000, in the next 3 weeks respectively so that June can be on a good timeline. In the past 2 months for April and May together the biggest was 500+... let's be generous and say 20 percent is not updated.so it was 600 per week at least. 

 

Ok my prediction is they will start June one way or another slowly in two weeks and your peek will be the 3-4-5 weeks of November? Where does that put us?

 

the thing is, I'm not a June filer, I'm a September filer. I'm not in a hurry even if it ends up with 180 days. I will quit by job in exactly 219 days (I have a countdown for this  

but seeing people suffer from not having information makes me go crazy

Brother @George & Roth has called a pleasing estimate, that just so happens to be just like mine, so I called it a "premonition" . Should brother @George & Roth have called a different number, say 180 , I would have called it a "precognition", alluding to him being a wild dreamer. So game of words in the end, way to approve or deny an opinion

Quite a presumptuous and pejorative response especially not knowing the qualifications, background, specialty, or algorithms of anyone posting. To be sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that you would develop a better algorithm even lacking this information is quite incredulous.

Mine is now based more on trend line, backlog, and rate of adjudication than my earlier version (which was more skewed to overlaying current trend line on historical trend line to predict). The current version I have now is predicting early May pretty well--but please do post your approach and result as I would be quite interested to see different approaches and their results.

Hey I am new here.. 

My husband has filed  I-130 petition for me ( NOA1 22 may 2017 tcs) and then he filed I-129F (NOA1 6 june 2017 tcs) .. he is a US citizen..

Was just wondering that is I 129f a K3 visa ? And is it still considered? And is there anyone here in same situation?

Realistically if they don't start 1000+ per weeks it won't pick up perfectly. And that doesn't seem likely. It looks painfully slow. 

 

They need to cover 17000 to even their status quo. Which they used to did in Q4s. And Q1 supposed to be around 13000, but again they need around 1000 per week for that...

 

no calculation gives me a better answer. We'll see in the next 2 weeks.

But I also don't think it will be more than 170 days for the most part.

170 would be great.  I'm concerned about the holidays.  There is a 3 day week in November and motivations start to fade as Thanksgiving approaches.  After visiting my fiancee and seeing Christmas decorations and music playing in the stores on September 1, even my motivations have dwindled for my day job.  Bring on Christmas!!!  I originally hoped that I would be with my new family this year but that won't happen.

As I'm really not suppose to take out any data from work I took a picture to explain. Which I'll put as a data when it finished. (Maybe it can help July and later cases in the future- or just because I think it's fun!)

 

Even with the holidays they used to go to 12000s

and they didn't do the 17000 they usually do in Q4 and ended up with 6500 cases to review ( I made the whole calculation on basis of their average rejection which won't be included in the numbers we see but either was rejected at the start or will see a rejection as expiration or noid)

 

that is is why I believe it is possible. And there's more calculations but I couldn't take my data out so I'll check it depending on this weeks outcome! I'm still hoping for a 700 this week! 

 

Im sorry for the sad Christmas outcome for all of you guys.

It is a limbo where neither you can just go or stay, as you all probably also trying to save money or trying to save your vacation days to visit when the interview date is here...
