What is with the exclamations ? No, I did not work for the Government. I am just a plain ol' American that wants it all done now, and I firmly believe that we all try our best, and to be the best, you have to do that, do your best. I do not belittle any fellow American, do not trivialize their work, weather they work at NASA or pump gas at the local gas station. I rather believe in them, I know they all always come trough, that is why we sit at the pinnacle of our civilization.

Pardon the soliloquy, but I have my beliefs, hence refuse to feel sorry for myself, and much less point at others for the problem. I could have filed this 2 or 3 months before, and I would be done right now. Many ifs and buts, but reality remains. Glass is always half full, and when it goes below half than you will buy the drink, and we will be full again ;).

Hey @John & Rose can I please pin you down to answer just one question, to get a concrete answer?

The exclamations were more about the "challenges" I am facing today at my day job.  That is the situation I am in.  The client makes the statement now I have to make it true.  That was my frustration in my day job and not anything about the visa process or people involved here.  I am, sorry if you felt that was pointed at you.  I assure you, it wasn't.

What is the one question that you would like me to answer?

We will all be winners when we get our POE, or at least in the "Superbowl" with a NOA2 . Until than we are just fighters, flirting with desperation -_-.

Amen brother.  All the rest of this is just a side show to keep everyone focused on what REALLY matters.  Our loved ones.

@John & Rose I didn't think you meant anything bad. I assure you I write every comment here with a smile on my face. If this forum ever takes that smile away, I will be gone quick. This is fun, our end goal is love, so we have to enjoy this. At least I do.

Well, doesn't matter anymore because you said that it is not the case anymore, but the question was - are RFE's considered "cases pending"? That is why I didn't agree with you.

Ah, so I answered your question before you asked it. How can you think I don't use those same powers to predict 180?  Hmmmmmm :D

Can you please do that then, and show me/us where it shows expedited? If you say that I can do it, you can too, so please. Just so we are 101% sure, although I do believe you, but show it to u please. Thanks in advance.

Where it says "my cases", there is a + sign at the top. Click on that and place the WAC number. It should add the case. If you click on the case after you add it and scroll down, it will show the case history. Sorry for run-on sentences.

Thanks for the instructions, but I don't have the app. Again, please, can you take a screenshot of it? Please

There is nothing there that says anything but the fact there is an RFE.

I can't handle the struggles anymore. :)

Using the iPhone version of the app, you can scroll down to the "case history" and see all the official movement. Looks like this case asked to be expedited twice, but I actually assume that the request was ultimately denied considering it took from July 11 --> October 23 to get an RFE. Most other cases that see expedited approval get an RFE/approval within 2 weeks of their expedite request being marked complete.

Haha! There ya go! I'm not great at explaining things. I assumed it was expedited but more than likely I am wrong. : ) Thanks for sharing  this!

Hmmm I have a 6s with app build 6.1 and just the regular version with all the ads.

It usually takes a couple seconds to load then you just scroll down from the initial text. You're seeing the exact same screen as me just with some screen size differences. It looks like the "If you move..." line is not quite showing, so seems like you should be able to scroll. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
