Guys, since you are new, to make my self clear - @John & Rose is a kindest of gentlemen, and a great friend to all. We just joke back and forth as optimists and pessimists. We are simple playing all ends of the spectrum. Some days you will be Squirrely, some days DandY and some days Rosey. We are all in the same family. We all fell in love with partners up to half way around the world. We are all frustrated with the wait but we also realize that the wait is totally worth it. We are all having fun and blowing off steam while honestly trying to access our current situation. There will be times when you will agree with each of us. Trust us when we say that we want all of you to get your NOA2s yesterday. 

 

And I really love my Sig 1911!!!!  

 

The optimist is at 160 days

The realist is at 170 days

The pessimist is at 180 days. 

(A year ago it was 39 days)

This is just very comforting to read  

 

We r hoping for a beginning December NOA2 since we are a June 27 filer. I know that the Consulate in Munich is very small so I think after NVC get back at us, everything should hopefully move along quickly.  

I guess it really depends on all the holidays and if the staff will take extended weekends because of this. Bavaria has also the most holidays in Germany and many of them fall in November and December

So I tried to gather all the dates I have for my timeline. I think I got it done so far since there really hasnt been much action between myself and the processing center. Now, if I try to look at my Timeline, it says:

 

Estimates/Stats :

It seems as though your I129f was approved but you forgot to enter the date. Please update your timeline!

However, if I look up my case in myUSCIS it only states that my application was received.... did I miss something important while configuring my timeline?

I received no notification from USCIS if anything was approved nor do I know how to look up the small details. Anyone help on this would be greatly appreciated

I think you accidentally put NVC date which supposed to be after NOA2

You put in the NVC date and not the NOA2 date.  The error is just on this site, not with USCIS.

I've read here so many times about contacting your congresswoman/man so they could help you with your petition and we decided to give it a try, so my fiancé contacted his congresswoman team and they did the enquiry (we waited for about a month) and the reply we had was the same Tier 1 is giving "The process is ongoing they are processing files from March". When we started my timeline estimation was Sep 5th, right now it shows Nov 14th and each day it slips a little bit. Unfortunately i dont believe December is feaseble anymore for us early Jun fillers. So many other things to include on this crazy estimations and lots os holidays won't help us. 

 

The only good thing that makes me happy now is that I will be with him on vacation next month and we will spend the holidays together. This is the only reason that i am not going crazy here.

I am scanning September Filers cases in order to hopefully continue to may scans when our time comes.

However as it was too far away anyways, I wanted to know how many cases each month has, and just finished the June cases.

From what I understand someone here is thinking of doing it also. So if that person needs the full list of June K1, please message me!

Are you a June filer? Well, I heard that the congressman or woman can help a lot , I hear that in Rio embassy they just stop for few days so I have hope to do everything in December, what about you? Oh that is  a good news I can't wait to see my love again, but we are saving money to wedding

that's awesome! it does make it a lot more bearable. I definitely wish I had the option to go to Rio and visit my fiancé again during our wait for the holidays or something.. I have a 2 year old , so due to legal issues, costs, time, and finding care for my son, its just not an option for me to go with or without him to see my fiancé.  im just experiencing all the more what true patience is!  :-)    God bless you.
