I want to file a petition for one of my married siblings in another country to migrate to US. My question is whether it would be feasible to file through my parents who are also USC or myself as a sibling. My parents are retired. Do you think it takes significantly longer for the case to approve if a sibling sponsors as compared to parents? And which option is better.

Much quicker through your parents.

hi

You both can file a petition for your siblings, there isn't much of a difference, and many things can happen along the way

if your parents file, it takes 12 to 13 years more or less, if you file, 13 to 14 years

it would take more years of waiting if they were Mexican or from the Philippines
