Thank you so much for all the great info I have gotten from here already. What a great community!! Here's a list of all the questions I still have on my marriage GC application.

Green card questions

How do I know my USCIS elis number?

I’m trying to get my full i-94 history online, but only my last 3 travels are on there. What should I do get the full history? The webite states’ If this travel history is not complete, there is no action to take.’ Should I just attach this?

Form i-130

Part 2, 40a. Does this not apply to my husband cause he is a citizen?

Part 4 13: if I don’t have an address outside the US, should I put “none” or my most recent one (which is over 5 years old)?

Part 4 22 and 60.b: can I put “current” here since this is my current spouse or should I put N/A?

Part 4 61; do I put my current city of resident or Phoenix (where I will send application?)

For proof of joint tenancy: We only have a lease together since 2 months back. Before that we lived together but I wasn’t on the lease. Can I attach a copy of our car insurance that has both our names on it as proof that we lived at that address together? Also, do I need to attach a letter explaining this? Also, should I highlight the important parts on the documents or no?

Form i-864

Part 6 item 3: Can I put myself here if I currently work legally in the US? If yes, I am self employed, what can I use as proof that my income will continue?

I read the poverty guidelines and for a household of 2 is $20300, is that what we need to make combined in total or individually (so $40600 together)?

I have a joint sponsor lined up already, do I put his paperwork right after my husbands?

Form i-485

I’m from Sweden and we don’t have birth certificates. We have whats called an “extract of the population register”. Do I need to attach an explanation to this?

Form i-765

16: I am currently an O1 temporary worker adjusting my status because of marriage. What category am I? C9? Don’t understand this part at all.

Found this on the VJ checklist: is this still current?

>> The fee for I-485 applications filed on or after July 30th 2007 inlcudes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication -- as long as you paid the "new" rate for the I-485 effective July 30th 2007).

I-765 worksheet? Do I need to fill this out?

Form

i-131

part 1 item 6: do I put my current status or what I am applying for? I am still not sure what classification green card marriage is?

Part 3: what do I put here if I don’t have a specific travel date, but want to be able to travel in case of emergency? Can I just put any date ?

Since Im applying for a non-daca document it says to skip to part 7, but don’t I need to fill out part 3 so they know where to send the travel permit??

Also where does this form go in the packet?

Do I need to fill out i-130A?

I think instead of referring to the part of the forms, you should actually write each item that you want to clarify.

You are not the USC/petitioner, I don't think you can't combine your income even if you are working there legally. Your husband will always be your main sponsor, even if you use a joint sponsor, and both of those incomes can't get combined.

However, you do need to take in count the household of your joint sponsor and count yourself in it.

Just a tip, it helps if you type out the question. Most of us don't have the questions in our heads and it would save a lot of ppl a lot of time not having to look up each form you have a question for to see what the mentioned part is referring to. I bet you'd get more answers and faster.

Well, I just had my interview yesterday. I had a tourist visa(older) and a student visa. Sent to them with the AOS package only the student visa since I was adjusting from F1 to GC. No issues, but at the interview the IO asked me if I have a copy of the tourist visa which I didn't and she was nice and made a copy. For your peace of mind you can send them all, but definitely be prepared to have copies of all your visas at the interview.  As for the passport, I only sent the bio page.
