It should be coming up very soon now. We had tracking information available on the DHL site about 3 business days after our interview, and were able to pick up the visa the following day. You should be able to get the visa sometime this week.

Thank you its been such a long processs. We were pregnant when we were in the middle of all of this and now have a 5 month old and dad is stuck over there almost 3 weeks now and theres no tracking number for the visa so he cant come back yet. I'm getting so frustrated. I've called that ais.visa.info website call center they just tell me the same thing..no tracking number yet....Please someone tell me its normal visa was issued 6/1 but the nvc state thing shows it was last worked 6/2 so maybe they mailed it 6/2 I have no idea.

Has he gone there in person to ask if it's there? I've read of a good number of people whose tracking didn't come but went to pick them up and were there. He would need an ID and the passport number, if he doesn't have a copy of it just log on the visainfo site and it appears there, the number that starts with a G I think. They'll ask for that to search for his packet.

Congratulations!! It is encouraging!! On the site that's on the green paper, is that where it will say ready for pick up? Now all I see when I sign in is his appointment time, then under status, it takes me to the Visa site and it says issued!! But not ready!! And Thanks for the info, I am not sure if he is aware of that,  paying at the border....I was hoping he wouldn't have to stay another weekend, but it looks like he will!! Do you remember what time you looked, I heard after 3:00 pm, and which DHL did you use...the lawyer set us up at the Los Mateos one I believe, something like that.

You have to check the website www.ais.visa???  I'm not sure the exact but  it's the same one you did with your appointment  and then when you set up your biometrics appointment there is an email address they will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number saying ready for pick up I also use the location for the biometrics appointment as the pick up location for my documents I've heard thatThe San Mateo's location is faster though

My husband has been is ciudad Juarez since June 11. His visa interview was the 15th and they told him he was approved. On Monday the 19th the NVC website said his visa was issued. Yesterday it changed to ready for his interview.  The ais.usvisa website still shows appointment. We're feeling a little anxious and I'm still waiting to hear from our attorney, does this seem like a normal process of events?
