06/17: package sent

06/19: package received

07/03: E-notification recieved

07/21: Received acceptance letter in mail

07/27: RFE for I485

08/03: Biometric appointment

08/10: RFE recieved by USCIS

09/12: Visit USCIS office to check status

09/12: Case ready to schedule for an interview

09/20: Online inquiry (no response from this)

09/26: Called USCIS

09/26: EAD status changed to card in production

09/29: EAD mailed to me

10/03: Recieved EAD/AP in mail

I submitted a sr @115 days on 2nd October. However I am not seeing any updated post September 30th on any cases. They said that it will take 15-30 days but I am already @115 days can they expedite it in any case .

You can try to expedite this if you have a job offer but otherwise it's unlikely. Even with a job offer it's not a guarantee.

 

We must be close now, I'm at 108 days with an unanswered SR from sept 18th.

Did you tried calling and speaking with tier 2 ??

No I called but not tier 2.

 

I had already waited 90 minutes for a call back from a tier 2 that day, about my i485. I haven't got the patience any more

Try asking for your congressman's help. That seems to have worked for a lot lf people.

Received the approval letters of i-485 and i-130 today.

Interestingly, the i-130 online status has never changed from "case was received" till now.
