6/21 - Sent packet to Chicago lockbox concurrent filing of I-130/ I-485

6/22 - Packet Received and signed for

6/28 - Received 3 texts/emails for NOA at 9:33

7/05 - Received NOA in mail

7/08 - Received biometrics appointment letter! 

7/20- Went in for Biometrics Appointment here in Gardena, CA

 

Thats been it... Does my husband need to call if he's the US Citizen ? Or can I call? 

Your timeline is very similar to mine and I've heard nothing. My packet acceptance date was 6/23, and my biometrics was 7/21. No progress yet.

They have only begun issuing late May to early June applications. Based on the current timeline, they'll work on your EAD two weeks from now (just a guess). But there's no harm in raising an SR or calling to inquire. 

 

You can inquire about your EAD yourself since you are the applicant. Make sure to have your receipt number and alien number. So basically just have your NOA for the EAD on the ready. 

 

Let's hope news about your EAD arrives soon!

I raised an SR online yesterday but I think I will try calling anyways. Im excited for everyone but at the same time it makes me worried that something is wrong with mine. Thank you

I understand. I was so anxious about my application for weeks and our EAD application was approved after 112 days. 😅 Raising an SR and calling would definitely make them pick up your case. I advice you not to worry about it and you probably did your application well. They're just taking their sweet time with the applications 😂

I think most of us who already have EAD or EAD status was updated recently are early June filers if you sent your package at the end of June maybe this week or next one you'll have an update

My PD is 06/20, NBC. I made SR on my 88th day but there is nothing happened so far. I called them again today and they advised to call back after 30 days since the day I requested. The officer told me that they are still processing for April application based on USCIS website stated. I would highly suggest those who pass 75th day should make a service request then you can get the response on the 105th day as latest. Hopefully I could receive my card before my SR is really assigned.

It did happen on me, I did the inquiry on line and before it was assigned, my card was in production. So just be hopeful!:)

I just want to give you a heads up about your timeline...my PD was 10 days before yours and my biometrics appointment a little more than 2 weeks before yours and I just got update for "card is being produced" 2 days ago...you should be getting an update in more or less a week...it's almost there!

Because I saw you updated your VJ timeline that your PD is 06/21 and Bio is 07/10. Did you walk in for Bio? My PD is 06/20 but Bio is 07/19.

Update on my timeline:

05/31/17: PD/NOA1s

06/30/17: BIO

09/19/17: Submitted an online case inquiry for EAD (112 days since NOA1)

09/20/17: New Card (EAD) is being produced. I-765  (EAD) & I-131 (AP) applications approval notice date 

09/21/17: Received email/SMS re: EAD approval

09/22/17: Card (EAD) was mailed to me

09/25/17: Received hard copy I-797 Notices of Action re: EAD & AP

09/27/17: Received Combo Card (old design)

 

So happy! I can now apply for SSN & Real ID so I won't have to bring my passport with me every time.

My PD was 06/14 and I did walk in on the 07/03 (original date was 07/10)...21st was the date of my NOA1

9/12 online service request re: I-765

9/27 I-765 card in production and I-131 approved

 

Since the I-131 was approved, I have received 15 SMS updates about it. They are coming every 5 minutes or so... anyone have any idea how to stop this or has anyone experienced this before? I only got 1 SMS about the I-765...

Do you have an account with the USCIS online status updates? You can turn off phone notifications for a while, see if that helps, then turn it back on to receive future updates.
