Hi guys, I just wanted to share my experience with tier 2 today regarding my SR for EAD...

Today is day 104 of my filling and I put a SR on September 2nd...when I sent the SR they sent me an e-mail confirmation that stated that I should have an answer up to September 24th and I didn't hear anything from them...the tier 2 representative told me that my application is within the time frame and that I should wait a couple more days for an answer for my SR...he told me that I should look at the website to see the processing time for NBC  and that they where processing application from April right now, I told him that this can't be accurate since the last update on this processing times was for July 31st and that the update was on September 22...since I could not look at it at the time of the call, and he told me that there was nothing that he could do I ended up with absolutely no more information that I already had when I made the call.

I wonder if those people have any access to information more than we do because every time that I call I end up with the impression that they where only looking at my case page on USCIS website, just like I do every day...It's ridiculous and upsetting, I can't wait to have a job and be productive. :huh:

07/03/2017 - Biometrics done! (it was a successful walk in, my appointment was 07/10)

09/02/2017 - Service Request for EAD.

09/25/2017 - Call to tier 2 after no update on SR.

09/25/2017 - New Card Is Being Produced!!! (YAY)

09/30/2017 - EAD in hands!!!

04/08/2018 - Online Status Changed! - Interview Scheduled!!!

04/11/2018 - Inteview letter on the mail!

05/11/2018 - Interview at West Palm Beach field Office - Approved on spot!!!

Still nothing on I-485 case, though.

I have signed up for USPS Informed Delivery using hubby’s details back in June. I got a notification saying 2 letters from USCIS will be delivered today! Can’t wait to go home and check. 😁

Hmm so was your priority date the 2 of July ? I haven't raised an SR yet but now I'm starting to feel like I should... Did you raise it online ?

That's a good idea. Hubby is sick of checking the mailbox everyday and being disappointed. I think I'll have him sign up.
