no, when you call them past 75 days they'll only notify the team working on your case that the deadline is approaching. but when it's 90 days they'll prioritize it. so it'll help if you call them again on the 90 day mark.

Makes you wonder why there isn't an automatic 90 day alert for cases. Or if there is and it's ignored.

The policy seems to be 'we will probably prioritise applications over 90 days, but only if you let us know first':jest:

IKR?! it doesn't make any sense. It's like, they can do it within 90 days, but choose not to so they can probably check social media and/or just work on cases really slowly.

Haha I think they are well aware of how many cases are over 90 days. They must work from oldest to newest, it's impossible to not know...

The EAD must be one of the easier documents to process too, especially for K-1 who have essentially been issued visas to live in the US indefinitely.

The more you think about it the more annoyed you get

Well done, I wonder if it was your service request!

I have doubts that it did anything 😂 But if it did, I'm certainly grateful. I think they just finally got around to releasing the EADs around my timeline. 😅

I want to know this as well. We have called twice; the first time they told us to wait 30 days. After the 30 days were up, we called last Friday and they said to wait 5 days and they will send us a letter as to why it's taking so long. But nothing has changed online. It still says that the case has been received

I would suggest trying to expedite your case, same steps as before but this time when you talk to the Tier 1, ask to expedite your case. I was not working so i asked to do it based on loss of income. Then i contacted my state senator as well, they approved my EAD in a week from when i initially submitted the expedite request.

Hope this helps, good luck!

I didn't know we could  ask to get it expedited. I'm going to give them until tomorrow to send the letter. If not, I will be calling Friday. Thank you

Hi, I remember that I saw somewhere on VisaJourney saying it's an USPS 2 Business days shipping. no signature required.

But I am not sure for the information.
