If it's approved how long does it takes to get the Green card?

What type of questions did they asked you?

Got mine 8 days after my interview :)

I was asked how do I like Ohio, What have we been up to, who attended our wedding and who's living with us. The OI didn't ask my husband about anything.

I agree. I wish we knew that we could expedite the process if the application is past 90 days and we would have greatly benefited from receiving it in time. I apologize if it seems that I dismissed your worries regarding the EAD but I do sincerely hope everyone gets their EAD and Interviews soon so we can all move forward with our lives.

lol no i didn't even think about it like that. i was just making sure that I responded accordingly and so other people will have more opinion to find when they need it.

no offense taken @niknik! good luck at your interview :D

I need your help fellow filers. I requested for an Expitided EAD on the basis of Financial loss. I was working on my H1B visa till now and on Sep 3rd my visa expired. Now I am still employed but they can't pay me. We are expecting a baby in November and can't survive with a single income.  USCIC requested to submit a pending job offer letter. What letter should I submit? Should I ask my employer to give me a new offer letter? Should I also submit a letter explaining our situation along with my doctor reports?

I am lost on what to send them. Please help me, friends.

Obtaining a letter from your current employer should work since it's technically an offer to (continue) work. Sending along a doctor's report might help solidify the fact that a loss income would greatly affect your household.

I have no experience with this so I suggest waiting for other advices as well. Good luck!
