Well I'm not sure if our case was even transferred to our local office. NOA paper receipt stated it went to NBC (National Benefit Center) which is formally known as Missouri Service Center. I'm from WA and I haven't received a transfer notice not sure about other people.

My case is still at NBC when they did an initial review of my application re missing I-693 Form. That was after I received my biometrics appointment notice.

I have read on other threads, that usually on your interview day you sometimes get immediate approval. So good luck to both, and please update on your interview date. 😊

We got married on May 19 too! We're about to submit our AoS application next week but I want to confirm if a scanned copy of the birth certificate is good enough to submit because I might not be able to get my birth certificate from the Philippines before June 22 comes!

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you all and congratulations to all of us for getting hitched! :D

Congratulations. Im from the Philippines too. We did send a scan of my birth certificate and it's okay.
