I got my biometrics appointment letter on 06/24, and status on I-485 changed from "case was received" to "fingerprint fee was received". I'm not really sure if it happened before I got the letter but the day I got it I checked it and it said that.  I got the appointment letter a week and half after the texts. Hope it helps :)

4/18 - Married !! 

6/21 - Sent packet to Chicago lockbox concurrent filing of I-130/ I-485

6/22 - Packet Received and signed for

6/28 - Received 3 texts/emails for NOA at 9:33

 

Now waiting for the copies in the mail :)

My case status was always "Biometrics Fee Received" on the website. It never changed ever since I got my receipts. I'm sure you'll get your NOAs and biometrics soon! Don't worry. 😊 The timeline for paper NOAs can be up to a week or two. 

Filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 at Chicago, IL

Just like @niknik, my case still says "Fingerprint Fee Was Received."  No update since then even though I got my appointment letter & Notice to Applicant.  The hard copy letters just came in the mail without email/sms notifications.  

 

Maybe, you can sign-up on myUSPS Informed Delivery to see which mail are being delivered to your address.  I signed up for my USC spouse and it works.  From now on, I'll know when USCIS will mail notices to me. Please see the thread below for more details.  Hope this helps. :)

After biometric appointment there is a long wait of 60+ days unless an expedited EAD was requested, so it's going to be a long couple of months...

 

I think it would be a good idea for everyone in June 2017 filers to post an updated timeline everytime we get an update so we can all compare our timelines with each other.

Does anyone know where I can find the location I will have the biometric appointment at? I really hope there's one in Spokane because that is only about 15 minutes away!

This looks really useful! I just tried to sign up but it tried to verify my identity and I failed ha. I used my wife's phone, I guess it was based on her info. I have to wait 72 hours now to try again ha oops

I tried signing up using my details but USPS can't verify my identity as well. Haha! So I just updated my account to hubby's and it worked. You can try again. Just click the button. You don't need to wait.

For those who were wondering, from the moment USCIS accept an I-485 (Adjustment of Status) it gives valid lawful status in the U.S. while application is being processed or pending.
