Hello Everyone,

I have helped 4 people so far to complete their applications and walk them thru the process to become US citizens..

My last friend that I helped filed in October 2016 got a appointment for interview towards the end of Jan 2017 and went to her interview, passed and was approved on Feb 13, 2017. Her status still says : "We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for receipt Number NBC********* with the date, time and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice."

The status has not changed since Feb 2017. Some of my other friends that went to their interview appointments a 2 weeks before already got their oath taken. Should she wait longer or take action and call USCIS. She filed in San Antonio Texas.

We called them last month and they said it was still within the frame time.

Should we call again? We don't know what else to do.

Thanks for your help!
