I would Like to ask you if you could give me answer for my problem.

I have been selected for further processing in the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program for 2018.I am from Macedonia .The problem is that my husband  works in Africa at oil platforms as lifting inspector for company APAVE  that have agency here in Macedonia. He took the salary in Macedonia  but he does rotation (travel for work)  40 days in Africa and 40 days in Macedonia. He works like that around 4 years .

  1. Is it necessary  when I fill D260 form to write all the address that he abide in  Africa ?? (considering that he sometimes have been on platforms  ).

2. And is it necessary to have from Africa  police  document that he is not arrest, considering that he has never stayed more than 6 months at one place in Africa ???

Africa is not a country. Is he in different countries within Africa, or different places within one country? Your question about police certificates can't be answered until this is clarified.

He works four years like that. The first two years he was in different countries in Africa and stayed in one country only 2-3 months, then go back in Macedonia. For example he went to Papua only 2 months then come back in Macedonia and stayed in Macedonia also 2 months , then the company sent at another country in Africa for two months and again return in Macedonia and stayed two months  . But the latest two years he is in Malabo and he does rotation 40 days in Malabo 40 days on Macedonia

I really don not what to do with the addresses is it necessary to put all of them chronological

and is it necessary police certificate from all that countries

I'm sorry, I'm still confused.  Neither Papua nor Malabo are countries in Africa. Police certificates are done by country, not by city or region.

Also think about this, on your logic if he doesn't need for "Africa" because it's 40 days on 40 days off, then he won't need for Macedonia either. But of course that's not correct. So if he has been in any country in Africa total longer than a year, or longer than 6 months if he is still working there around the time of interview, then I suggest he get a police certificate for that country. Or you can take a chance and go to the interview without one, and risk a temporary refusal until one is provided. That's a game you can play if the case number is low, but if it's a high case number that only interviews towards the end of the fiscal year that could risk the visa being issued at all. Your call.

Let me put it this way: it's like me telling you I went to Skopje and Split and Dubrovnik and Vienna and Tirana, do I need a police certificate for Europe? There's not enough information in your question for an answer. If I was in split and Dubrovnik for a total of a year, then I would get a police certificate for Croatia. If i was in Tirana for 6 months just before the interview, I'd get a certificate from Albania. If I was in each of those cities for 2 months, I wouldn't get anything.
