also she can not use the she needs to come to take care of parents idea since technically that is a job the parents could pay a us worker to do so she would be working and being paid with room and board for the trip.

Depends how rich the family is. Your average single, childless, unemployed 35 year old is not going to get a visa. But if the family is really well off, particularly if they have a recognizable name or established business, that could be enough.

 

I always say it's worth trying if you have the money. In Pakistan you will not get an inexperienced officer serving at their first post (the Department of State rarely send people to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq etc. for their first assignment), but you may catch someone having a really good day and feeling a bit more generous.

If your parents were able to get the visa, that might be positive (in that they thought they had strong ties, so maybe think about the information they presented and if she has some of that). 

 

Does she have any property? If she manages your parents' assents, can they transfer some assets to her? 

 

 

 

 

That's gaming the system. Immigration knows that ploy and it will SURELY backfire!
