Hi all,

I entered on a k1 visa, got married and have now realised that i have lost everything they return to you when you arrive at immigration, that is the sealed envelope i flew into the country with.

Is this going to be a problem for me getting my AOS or do I just need to get another medical and affidavit of support?

Thanks for any help/advice.

They did take it from me, I just thought that they gave me some stuff back.

I thought I needed something from my medical to get some info transferred to I 936a.

I'm so confused.

You need your I-94, it should be with your passport (most times they staple it), but that can be replaced if you lost it.

Breathe, man, breathe!

Look for the I-94 as already stated.

Look for your original NOAs - you will want those.

Look to see if your doctor ever gave you a vaccination supplement. It's form DS-3025 (I think that's the number).

Then breathe some more. Everthing can be replaced if it all comes down to it.
