During my first F1 visa interview, I was rejected because of my sponsors. Because my sponsors were not related to me and they are from US. they have been helping with all my educational funds and are will to do through out my study in USA. 2nd time I changed sponsors to my parents. Then the visa officers rejected me again saying that I don't have enough funds. I am applying for third time now where my parents are my sponsors. What should I say if they ask me why I changed my sponsor? should I just say that both my parents and the one who is not related to me are my sponsors?

Pease help

You tell them the truth. You were denied before because they weren't related so You  changed sponsors.

Are these US sponsors from a foundation or something? Maybe they need to provide a letter for you.

What has changed from the 2nd time you applied? Did your parent's financial situation change? You need to provide evidence that they will be able to cover tuition and living costs. The place you are going to study should give you an estimate on living cost per year and also tuition. You need to show evidence your parents will be able to cover that.

First thing is where did you apply for your F-1 visa? Is it a University? If so, they should be able to provide an estimate of yearly costs (tuition fees, books, living expenses, etc.). When I came to the U.S. in 2007, I was given a scholarship from my home country to cover tuition, monthly stipend, medical insurance, etc. and because I brought my son, the expenses were considered higher. So the University requested I had proof of an additional 3000 USD from another source (in this case it was personal funds), because the scholarship did not provide enough money for me to study in the U.S. After I sent the proof the University sent me the I-20 and necessary documentation to proceed with the interview. So for your case, the education institution you are applying should be able to provide the amount of funds you will need to prove before the officer, even if your source is from personal funds or your parents help.

US sponsors is a couple who are like my parents who nurture me like their child and so do I. during my first attempt, they had written a letter and sent me tax returns and bank certificates.I showed it to visa officer who interviewed me but he didn't look at my document properly. He rejected me saying that I won't be returning back to my country.

For the second time, I changed my sponsors back to my parents. My parent's financial situation didn't change at all. Nothing changed. here in the embassy we are told not to bring evidence of bank balance certificate which shows one have enough funding to support his her stay and education in USA. for the second time I was rejected saying that I don't have intention to return to my country and don't have enough funds.

Now I am applying for third time.. My sponsors are my parents. what should I say when they ask about my sponsors.??? and If they say do you know anyone in US or do you have relatives in US what should I say??/

I am so scared that I don't have confidence to face visa officer... :(:(

Please help me.. :(:(

I have already been accepted by college but embassy is not granting me visa.

You should ask the people at the university who deal with international students to advice you. They are the ones who created the I-20 for you. If the university is serious they should have visa specialists on staff that work with thousands of students and scholars.

You won't get the F-1 if your parents are the sponsors because they do not have the funds.

The problem with saying the couple who wants to sponsor you are "like your parents" makes it seem as if you are not interested in coming back to your country. Maybe that is what the consul didn't like. Maybe they something like that in their letter and they didn't thought it was odd, and like they'd like you to be close to them. The purpose of the F-1 is for academic purposes so this has to be purely academic.

In addition to what @Coco8 mentioned, chances are pretty high you will not get a visa right now because you were denied twice, and unless the circumstances in your life changed significantly (you bought property, got a high-paying job, etc.), it looks like you are just trying to get the visa by any means necessary, which is obviously not something good.

Your best bet right now is to start education in your home country or look for options outside the US.
