This is going to be a weird question, but I really need some advice. I sent in the I129 f form in February and we recently got an RFE for evidence of having met within the last two years. I sent in photos of us together and two boarding passes that I had managed to save. The problem is that the boarding passes only had the month and the day!!! They didn't have the year so that is why we got the RFE. I am trying to find as much evidence as I can but am having some trouble since I have not saved many things from visiting him.

What I have to far is:

photos

boarding passes with only month and day

a statement from me stating the dates we have met

engagement ring reciepts with the date of purchase (but no names)

tickets (with dates but no names) and photos from visiting a tourist attraction

two passport stamps showing the date that i left the country (but only one of the stamps is legible)

Do you believe that will be enough?!

Last year while visiting him I got a blood test done in the country and still have the results... they have my name, the date, and the location... so I know this is a weird thing to include, but should I include the blood test results since it can be proof that I was in the country on that date?! I have never heard of anyone turning anything like this in which is why I would like to know what other people think.

Also, if they do not think what I turn in is good enough evidence, will I get another RFE or will our case be denied?!??

Thank you!

Can you call the airline, give them the ticket numbers and can they email you an itinerary?  Then, you can attach the itinerary to the tickets to prove the year.  Or ask them if they can help you prove the year in some way.  How did you pay for the tickets?  If you put them on a credit card, can you find the statement, highlight the charge, and use that?  I just looked at a couple of my own boarding passes, and, sure enough, there is no year.

Good luck!

When you book plane tickets you get emails with the booking information/ticket information, they show full dates, time and name. Those together with the boarding passes might work, and also passport stamps and the rest you listed.

RFEs will only be denied if the USCIS believe that the case cannot be approved. RFEs are issued when they believe the case can be redeemed.

As as the above posted, bring up the emails for tickets. Maybe show the visa stamp in your passport, if applicable. If the visit was to the US bring up your i94 and that will show your travel history to the US

With our ring receipts we sent the corresponding bank statement that showed the purchase in that store and the name of the account holder that paid it - my then US fiancé - pic of the card it was paid with, showing only the name and last 4 digits matching the last 4 digits shown on receipt...with that also a pic of us and me with the ring and a pic from the company's website showing that that ring of that model (seen in picture) in fact cost what the receipt and bank statement said and was the same model number... ik that was probably overkill.. I'm just trying to show how you can think around strengthening the evidence that you do have... to be more than circumstancial...
