I don't know why people take anything seriously Trump tweets anymore anyways.  To me, they are as empty as his empathy.  And I'm sure I'm not the only one who approaches them as such.

It looks like its been taken down since then. 

 

If he had succeeded, it would have meant that my husband and I's K1 would be in limbo just because everyone in Turkey is automatically registered as Muslim on their birth certificate. :( Stressful times... thank god it hasn't been a blanket ban of every muslim coming into the country.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

yeah but not fast enough to prevent the Appeals court judge in the 4th district to look it up and cite it last month when the Trump Admin brought their  case saying " but its not a Muslim ban".  Plus these bozos have not caught on to the fact that when you post something in twitter it gets archived and memorialized.
