hi

i requested an expedite at NVC and it got accepted but they accepted it in a different way that once we submit the fee and documents, then they can expedite. Does anyone have any personal experience regarding this? How long it can take?

Seems like they accepted the expedite but are awaiting for you to submit everything they need. They can't do the work if they don't have the documents and fees.

Can you please tell me or send me an IM how you went about submitting the request to expedite your case?  Who do you contact and at what stage can you expedite a case?

just after you get your case number, you can request an expedite. you can email at nvcexpedite@state.gov along with attached documents if you have any.
