We only have videos together, but talk everyday etc, also your fiancé is from Mexico which is slightly different with recent changes, UK is still very low fraud. Mexico is very high fraud etc.... I'm taking everything I can but I'm just asking for advice on the initial package in aim of getting the Noa2 with no RFE's

Mexico actually is not a very high fraud country, for your information. Secondly, you asked a question on Visa Journey and I thought I was being kind by answering your question based on my recent approval. And if you don't have a lot of pictures together or a lot of conversations and chats submitted, it doesn't matter what country you are from...the expectations from USCIS are NOT country specific but based on the type of petition being submitted. And by the way,I can't think of ANYONE who submits their I-129 F and with the intent of getting an RFE. Good luck. HAHAHA

Agree with you. The needs for information doesn't vary from country to country.

The only time high fraud countries come under more scrutiny is at the interview stage and usually that's if red flags are raised.

And as you say Mexico isn't a very high fraud country. And again the only time you'll need to provide more info is if you raise red flags, like age difference

good luck on your journeys!

We talk 24/7 with iMessage and FaceTime ... we're like a normal young couple in contact 24/7 .. he's a marine too so I'm hoping you know.. he is legally obliged to tell the truth to his own government, he's sworn to them. But do you honestly think that's enough? I can bring 1 million messages and calls to the interview, proving we're in a relationship isn't hard.. we're legit as can be. But if you really think that's enough to not get RFE maybe I can rest my mind!

how are you going to prove the facetime and imessage contact... cuz i have this problem for our interview... ive been screenshotting but thats annoying lol

Oh yes sorry! You have to screen shot them... and then delete them. The more you delete the further back in history it goes! It'll take you like two hours hahaha but you just gotta sit and do it! Making sure you print them off as you go along or double save them lol! It's all worth it in the end!

You will not need any of that at a London K1 interview. Absolutely no proof of ongoing relationship or visits or holding hands. Zero. Start working on getting your immunizations...either proof you comply or get the shots. It takes a while to get in at some NHS services, so start early and don't rush it after NOA2.

Thanks! That's great! I'll take a few just incase! - already ahead of the game and had all my shots done so I am up to U.K standard. ordered my medical documents and waiting for my NOA2 to get my police certificate 😊 Planning ahead is a great decision. I will still take proof of ongoing relationship, but just not as much as previous people from different countries have said.

Thankyou again really helpful.
