The situation u wrote that somehow matches what I am going through. I was depressed and obsessed for saving my relation; but nothing did work out. Any way what I can say--- I may have to go through divorce filing as well. Just stay truthful and honest when you face USCIS; Hope you will be successful.

i have evidences of his emotional abuse to me even when I was pregnant with our baby, I have a witness to it too. Thought we were were working on our marriage so I never reported him to the doctor or the police.

 

i have been researching and it looks like i must have a police or doctor's  report.

 

He is also having extramarital affairs and I have evidences for those. 

 

What can can I do as he is manipulating me and threatening me and also wanting to send  me out of the house with my baby?

Cheating is not considered extreme cruelty for immigration.  To prove mental abuse you  need to attend therapy and have a diagnose of major depression and /or PTSD. If the professional drafts the evaluation  focusing on cheating  USCIS will deny your  ROC waiver.

 

Extreme cruelty is a pattern of humiliation, degradation,  isolation, control, threats, coercion etc.

 

Join the treadl vawa part 8, despite you don't have a vawa case because you  have a GC  you  migjt have a case of abuse.

 

To file l751waiver based on extreme cruelty you don't have to be divorced ok.
