Are W2 and TAX RETURN enough for embassy for k1 visa???

 

I know if the salary is good it should be enough.

 

 

 

Can you make me sure? I am worried?

Tax Return and W2 for last 3 years.

For k1 you only need the most recent year. However, having 3 years is better just in case they ask. (they shouldn't, but you never know) 

 

You'll want the 1040 and w2s if you can get a tax transcript those are better.

Yes, we have 1040 and W2s, but do not havw tax transcription.

 

Do we need employer letter and another documents?

 

I am just worried.

For the interview you should always an employer letter, bank statements if you can get them. You can never have too much!

I sent tons of stuff with my fiance and they literally asked for none of it. However, if she hadn't brought you can bet they would have.

He told me thats enough to prove the finincial support. But I am worried that it is not.

You should send several months of pay stubs as well (assuming the income is from salary/wage work).

I only showed my most recent tax return my employer letter and as long as you make more than17000 a year you do qualify to sponsor a fiancé unless you claim more people and depending on which state you live . My lawyer told me that 2016 tax return w2, they would get my employment letter but ive been with them 19 years, and 8 stubs would be plenty...but im sending last 3 years w2 to make sure....

Anyone know about the dependent if you claim someone, does the dependent have to be wholly or partially dependent? If the dependent only gets support from u more then half the year? Thanks and appreciate the feedback.

Can I show rax return 1040 form if my fiance put me like spouce? We are not married yet, but he added me in tax return because most of the year we spent together.

Well...He needs to amend his return - he filed this with a wrong filing status. And now, for the Embassy you may be "too married" to go K1 route...
