What type of visas?

Do you want your children to get visitor visas so they can come and adjust status?

Your sister can fill out the paperwork for your kids, who are presumably minors, but the kids will need to go to the interview and you/ they will need to show ties to their home country and proof they won;t jsut stay in the USA with you.
