My fiance in the Philippines (we are K1) wants to leave her daughter in Philippines until she can get here and find a job. At what point does it become difficult to bring her daughter here to U.S. There must be some period of time and if it does prove to be a lengthy time, what is the process to get her child here later?

Was the child included in her K1 case? She has 1 year after her arrival here to bring her daughter here under a K2. After one year she will have to file an I130 for her daughter which will tale 2 years to complete. However, if you file an I130 for her daughter (as your stepdaughter) it will take a year.

Other than that the only other limiting factor is age (things can change if the daughter is over 21)...Or marries.
