I regretfully have not better offer than to drive with your old license. This is something I also have not considered when I applied so late for the EAD and I was lucky they were confused about the NOA and what it meant

Talile, what DMV location did you go to?

Became a citizen 6/2024. Now filing for my mother.

I've been going to this DMV for years and they always seem to not know what's right and what's wrong. Have had plenty of problems there. Not surprised they got confused about the NOA
