medical exam before interview (merged)

hey! we finally got our interview letter and are scheduling our medical exam and there is a list of few documents to take at the time of examination. is that a problem if we donot have our immunization records?

hey! we finally got our interview date while we are scheduling medical examination appointmnet there is a checklist saying to bring immunization records at the time of medical exam. What will happen if we donot have it ?

My wife did not have her immunization records for her medical exam in Taiwan.  She had 2 options:  (1) Pay and Get the immunizations (2) Pay for additional tests to check antibodies, which would take several weeks.  She took option #1.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

thanks :) do we have to pay to the same medical facility who is doing our medical exam to get immunization records?

In my wife's case, she got the immunizations and paid for them as well as the exam itself, all at the same facility.

In Taipei, results took exactly 2 weeks.

We got our interview letter via email  within a week after the letter saying " we are scheduling interview appointment". Havent got it through mail yet and it doesnt matter  u can always print !
