Have the petitioner contact the embassy through email or phone and ask in detail why was the visa refused , also since they kept your passport they might try to debate something about your case and then they will give you back your passport with the actual refusal letter .

Why was the visa withdrawn last time? IS the divorce cert fake/ is there anything odd about it?

Since they kept your passport, chances are they are not SURE that the divorce  cert is fake, but put you in AP (Additional Processing) to check on its validity.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

No it's not because that.. he remarried his first wife. At the end of the interview they said that this case is denied I better get married and re apply for cr1 spouse. And he also said that this is not our last decision. I don't know what's going on.

No he didn't talked to them. He asked me to the Mail them and sent them my divorce court order. And in the reply they said my case is in AP. Is there any chance that I might get approved?

As long as they still have your passport and hey haven't said no officially I believe there is still a chance .

So he divorced his wife, then applied for a K1 with a fiance who withdraw the petition, then he remarried the ex wife and
then divorced her again and are now on his second K1 with you ? Your posts are very confusing.
I don't even know who the petitioner is, sorry but I don't understand your posts.

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

I-797 EAD/AP approval notice received : Aug 27, 2015

EAD/AP combo card mailed : Aug 27, 2015, EAD/AP combo card received: Aug 31, 2015

Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

😂😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 let me correct you I engaged to a guy and he applied for K1 for me. Before his engagement he was divorced with three kids... later he withdrawn that K1 and remarried his first wife again... now after four years I met a guy who proposed me and applied again for K1 again... in both cases I gave the same divorce certificate.. in my first K1 I got the approval on same documents but this time they said it's fake... embassy took my passport didn't gave me any refusal sheet and said my case was denied.. after few days of my interview they replied that my case is under AP... I don't know what is going on... do I have any chance of approval?

Thank you for clarifying. If they refuse to issue the visa and return it you will probably see REFUSED on the ceac site as an

update, sometimes they update and sometimes they don't.
Your petitioner can email the embassy and inquire what they have decided and offer to assist with any questions they may have and
remind them that the divorce certificate was accepted the first time around for you.
He can also involve his senator to inquire.
While still in AP there is a chance but what is not hopeful is that they told you you are denied.
When they deny and prepare to return a petition then they will also do this under AP.
As long as they still have your passport there is a chance.
