Questions before interview

I don't recall having seen a DV applicant report that (and many don't stay with people anyway). Can you quote the posts you refer to?

In general terms, especially if the host will be supporting the person at first, I'm assuming it's to gauge how well they (hosts) can support themselves and have someone else staying with them, to address potential public charge concerns.

Thank you Susie but the reason why i asked the question was that my litlle brother is yet to have his interview next month. And the address he will be staying on the ds 260 form  is different from the address of the person supporting him with the affidavit of support.

So which of them is he suppose to tell the CO he is asked who is he going to stay with?

And secondly the persons address on the ds 260 form has stayed in the US for only one year and  will there be any problem when he says he will be staying with the address on the ds 260 form since he is not providing him with the affidavit of support.

He must answer all questions truthfully. He will say he is staying with who he will actually stay with. If someone else has undertaken to give him an affidavit of support, that's fine. There's no rule that you have to stay with whoever signs an I134.
