Every case is different. It is unclear to me whether you have filed taxes each year or not or whether you owe taxes to the IRS. I also see that you left out 2015 tax year - why is that?  If you didn't file for taxes on a particular year, you may want to file asap and write a letter explaining the reasons of the delay. If you filed taxes and you owe taxes to IRS, then you have to request an installment agreement and start making payments. An installment agreement is a document that confirms that you have a payment plan with IRS for a specific tax period. The monthly payment is also specified in that agreement. USCIS usually wants to see tax transcripts , installment agreement and proof of payment.

ooh. i made a mistake. we actually filed 2014, 2015 and 2017. we didn't make money in 2016 so we didn't file tax for 2016.

My husband has his interview today and it went for 20 minutes. They asked for the divorce decree and Marriage certificate in the documents as he was not married when he filed N400. Overall it went well. IO asked  6 questions followed by a written and oral test. They told us to wait for the Oath letter which we should receive within 30 days. 

 

Now anxiously waiting for the Oath letter :)

Hi, when I had my interview she told me between 2-4 weeks and I got the letter in exactly 2 weeks after the interview.

Probably 2 weeks from your interview. Max by 30 days.

Is it possible if you can list the timeline for your I-130 processing? I had filed my I-130 in July 2017 and will upgrade once my husband becomes USC. I don't know how long will it take after the upgrade. 
 

Some people say that the processing time will remain same till it reaches NVC. I am quite worried.

When did you have your interview?

 

Mine was last week (Thur 15th) I received and update yesterday that my oath date had been mailed so I am waiting for every post as it arrives, lol.

It was on March 19th. Did they also ask you to wait for 30 days?
