Are Atlanta processing times for N400 taking a year now from application date? They usually send interview notice 4 to 6 weeks prior to the interview right? That means we have no interview this month neither next month 😔😔 March then?

1 year !! wow that must be hard for you to wait all this time ,, It used to be 3 months in 2013 when my cousin applied there ! Wish you the best !

Regarding the change of address, I hope not as I changed mine this week. Mind you, could it get any slower!

My green card and driving license expire in April, soooo?

Yes, I need to change mine in coming months too, but you are right, slower than this!

Few years ago whole process from filing to oath ceremony for my wife took 4 months in Houston but now If worse comes to worst, we will get our interview letter in 2019 since I checked 2016 filers and waiting time for such a letter in Houston is about 12 months !!!

I can definitely understand the frustration! When interviews are up in the air, it becomes so difficult to plan things for the following months, especially trips. But I am glad to see that there is some movement with some of the cases here. Congrats to everyone who got approved or got their interviews scheduled so far! B-)

Hello, last July 2017 my journey to become citizenship started, everything seemed to be going well - had my interview Jan 2nd week but 2 days ago online status got updated to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed". My interview officer in NJ was very nice, i answered all the questions and it was over in 15mins to 20mins. No documents were asked except GC, passport & drivers license.

She said everything looks ok but she cannot make the decision right away but i did pass the interview.

I am waiting for the RFE letter to see what documents they are asking but just wondering to see if anyone else is in the same situation. My GC 10 years is expiring this Aug so bit nervous on how long this RFE could delay etc
