I just brought whatever they stated on the appointment letter and the copy of my N-400 application just in case. The officer only asked for my ID, Green Card and Passport. Then he started asking about the information I have on my N-400 application, then ask how i met my husband. Then he made me read a sentence and write a sentence, which if i remember was "California has the most people." After that, he asked me the civic questions, and I answered all six correctly and he stop. Then he said " Very Good!" You passed the exam and the interview!"  and  I was like really? LOL. Then he just gave me instructions re: Oath Ceremony and that my son will be automatically be a citizen and just need to apply for Certificate of Citizenship. All in all, it was a very good experience. Just stay calm and be confident. Goodluck!

I passed the interview and the exam today. Interview at 11:20, checked in and at 12 called at Federal Plaza, New York.  ( if it's online application they mentioned on token no that it's ELIS application). The interview and exam was really fast and easy. It only took me 10-15 minutes except the office telling it's a new application taking time to undestand.

I just brought whatever they stated on the appointment letter and the copy of my N-400 application just in case. The officer only asked for  Green Card, checked my file. Then she started asking about the information I have on my N-400 application, name, ssn, DOB, are parents are citizen, kids etc. Then she made me read a sentence "Columbus day in October" and asked me to write the same, then Printed paper with e civic questions, and I answered all six correctly and she stop.

- If president and vice president no longer serve who became the president, Name one branch of government, How many judges in supreme court, How many senators, which is the largest court, what did the deceleration of independence do.

Then she said congrats, You passed the exam and the interview!"  when I answered the questions she written the answer on the printed sheet with red ink. The she scan my reading paper, written paper and civic answer sheet and uploaded to my application. She said you get Oath letter in a month so.

Then she printed a letter marked the check box saying Congratulation! your application has been recommended for approval. blah blah etc.

Got an email message the I'm inline for Oath ceremony.
